Preconception/Fertility Optimization
I help those who are planning to become pregnant, or are struggling to get or stay pregnant optimize their bodies and find balance. I help tailor an individual program addressing nutrition, supplementation, and stress management.
Prenatal, Birth, and Postnatal
Congratulations on your upcoming birth! I support all types of births– natural, C-section, hospital, home, or birth center.
What you will receive:
Planning: we will set up an initial consult. This can be done in person or virtually. This will be a time to get to know each other and talk about your plans, preferences, goals/wishes. We will also have 2 more prenatal meetings (at roughly 30 & 37 weeks) to discuss challenges, fears, needs, etc.
On-Call: I am available for you immediately after you hire me. Please reach out with any questions, or concerns, or for support throughout your pregnancy. Then as you reach your final stretch I am on call 24/7 weeks 38+ to support you throughout labor and birth.
Postpartum: Immediate postpartum care/support and support with early feedings in the first few hours after birth. And a postpartum follow-up within one week. Additional postpartum and feeding packages are available.
Birth Doula Rate
$1800* payment plans and sliding scale available
For travel: Up to one hour from Lisbon Falls, ME, outside this radius a travel fee will be quoted.
Complimentary consultations are available.
Prenatal+Postnatal Care without Birth Support
This package is perfect for individuals who would like the knowledge of a doula without one in their birth space.
Includes:
Planning: 1-4 prenatal meetings to create a birth plan. This time is also used to educate and teach skills to help the partner/support in labor & delivery.
Tools: A personalized ‘doula bag’ will be provided to the family at the last prenatal meeting. It will include some items doulas often use in birth. This includes comfort items, essential oils, massage tools, and more!
Postpartum: I will meet with you at least once after birth: 1. to review the birth experience with you and process or clarify events 2. to answer questions about your baby and 3. to help in any way I can to your postpartum. I will then follow you for the first 12 weeks postpartum to touch base on healing and wellbeing.
